Shipping Costs

As we handle many large items and items that require special packing, shipping costs vary considerably depending on the destination and the method of packing.

Items without a displayed price (items available on enquiry): upon your enquiry, we will calculate the shipping cost and inform you by email of the total amount including the price of the item. Please let us know the prefecture of delivery (for overseas delivery, the country and city).

Items with a displayed price: after payment for the item has been made, we will calculate the shipping cost and invoice you separately. Items are dispatched after you have confirmed and paid the shipping cost.

Basis for calculating shipping costs: delivery destination, dimensions and weight of the item, method of packing (whether a wooden crate or special packing is required), and whether insurance is required

Time to Dispatch

Items are normally dispatched within 10 business days of confirmation of payment, including shipping.

As we check the condition of each piece individually and pack it in a manner suited to the object, some time is required before dispatch. Should a particularly long time be needed, we will inform you in advance.

If you would like an estimate before ordering, please contact us, letting us know the prefecture of delivery (for overseas delivery, the country and city).
