Legal Notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions)

• Items with a displayed price: the price shown on each product page (tax included).
• Items without a displayed price: upon your enquiry, we will promptly inform you by email of the total amount including shipping (tax included). Members may enquire via “Enquire about this item” on each product page; all others are kindly asked to use the contact form or to telephone us.

Shipping: as we handle many large and unusual items, shipping costs vary considerably depending on the delivery destination and the method of packing.

For items without a displayed price, we will calculate the shipping cost at the time of your enquiry and quote you a total amount including the price of the item.

For items with a displayed price, we will calculate the shipping cost after you have placed your order. For payment by credit card, the shipping cost will be invoiced separately from the price of the item; for payment by bank transfer, we will notify you of the total amount including the price of the item. Should you not accept the shipping cost we quote, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount (for bank transfer, no payment will have been made, as payment is not yet due).

In addition, bank transfer fees (for payment by bank transfer) and import duties, import consumption tax and similar charges (for overseas shipments) are borne by the customer.

  Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.

For items without a displayed price, payment is made via the invoice email that we will send to you.

Items without a displayed price (price of the item and shipping)

• Credit card: please pay via the invoice email we send you within 7 business days of the invoice being sent.
• Bank transfer: please transfer the total amount we notify you of (price of the item + shipping) within 7 business days of our notification.
• If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, we may cancel the transaction.

Items with a displayed price: price of the item

• Credit card: payment is confirmed when you place your order. The date on which you are charged depends on your card issuer.
• Bank transfer: once the shipping cost has been determined, please transfer the total amount we notify you of (price of the item + shipping) within 7 business days of our notification. If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, your order may be cancelled.

Items with a displayed price: shipping

• Credit card: after payment for the item has been made, we will calculate the shipping cost and invoice you separately. Please pay within 7 business days of the invoice. If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, your order may be cancelled (in which case the price of the item will be refunded in full).
• Bank transfer: the shipping cost will be notified to you as part of a total amount including the price of the item (please refer to the bank transfer entry under “Price of the item” above).

Items are normally dispatched within 10 business days of confirmation of payment, including shipping.

For large or unusual items that require additional time to pack, we will contact you in advance to arrange the dispatch date.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

However, if the stated artist, period, place of origin or signature proves to be incorrect, if there is significant damage, loss or evidence of repair not described on the product page, if the item was damaged in transit, or if you receive an item different from the one ordered (incorrect shipment), we will refund the price of the item and the shipping costs in both directions in full, provided that you contact us within 8 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping will be borne by us.
